I was drowning in tax debt and honestly terrified of the IRS, but Joe came in like a seasoned veteran and handled it. From our first phone call he spoke in clear, reassuring language, explaining every step so I never felt lost or embarrassed. [...] In the end Joe reduced what I owed to a fraction of the original amount, and set up a payment plan I can actually afford, [...] I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dealing with the IRS after five years of unfiled tax returns and [...] in back taxes was terrifying. [...] They were super clear, acted fast, and managed to get my penalties reduced [...] Thanks to them, I'm finally back on track.
Me and my husband were desperate for answers an we are so beyond thankful for this team [...] they not only answered all of our questions and took the stress away but handled all of our debt with the IRS.
We had a tax issue and they handled it. Our balance was reduced by $20,000, couldn’t be more thankful for [...] and his team.
[...] He saved me thousands, was a great communicator and didn't drag this nightmare on and on.

Questions
Common questions about back taxes
What happens if I do not pay back taxes?
Penalties and interest keep growing, and after its final notice the IRS can file a federal tax lien and levy wages or bank accounts. While a payment plan is in place, the IRS generally does not levy.
Can I get a payment plan for back taxes?
Usually yes. The IRS offers installment agreements; the monthly amount depends on what you owe and what you earn. We work out an amount you can keep paying.
Can penalties be removed?
Sometimes. First-time abatement and reasonable cause can remove penalties for some years. We check which ones apply to you.
What does the consultation cost?
