What the form collects and why. The form asks how much the IRS says you owe, what the IRS is doing right now, your name and phone number and, if you add it, your email address. With it the page sends the address of the page, the page you first came to, the site that sent you here, your time zone and, if you came from an ad, the ad's click id and campaign tags. The company uses this to call you back about your tax matter and to see which ads bring inquiries.
Who sees it. Business Wealth & Tax Partners, and DM Law Partners, which runs this form for the company: it stores the inquiry and passes it to the company by email and into the company's client system.
Google. These pages use the Google tag to measure which ads lead to calls and inquiries. When you come from a Google ad, the page keeps the ad's click id in your browser for up to 90 days and sends it with an inquiry. Google gets no name, phone number or answer from this site.
Not the IRS. Business Wealth & Tax Partners is a private company. It is not the IRS and not affiliated with any government agency. Sending the form does not make you a client; an engagement is agreed in writing.
